Shiraaz is a family-run Indian restaurant in Upper Ferntree Gully, proudly serving the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges since 1995. Owner and head chef Lal Khatri cooks traditional North Indian and tandoori dishes with fresh ingredients and authentic spices.
